What you need to know.

Here are the most common project-related questions I receive.

  • All projects require a 50% deposit to schedule your design date in my calendar. The remaining 50% is required once your new website is live, prior to transferring ownership over to your account.

    For custom websites, additional payment plans may be discussed once you've received your proposal, and are considered at our discretion.

  • You'll need to provide your brand assets (logo, colour palette, fonts, etc.), as well as any words, photos and videos you'd like on your website.

    We cannot start your project until all preparation tasks are complete, including organising content, obtaining domain access, and providing any other essentials required for the build.

    *I do not offer photography or videography services.

  • You can get in touch to book a consultation as soon as you’re ready.

    I only work with one client at a time to ensure every project receives my full attention, focus, and dedication. A minimum of 2 weeks is required between your consultation and your design start date to ensure everything is prepared for a seamless website build.

    Please note: We cannot start your project until all preparation tasks are complete, including organising content, obtaining domain access, and providing any other essentials required for the build.

    Upon enquiring, I’ll let you know my next available design date, so we can plan accordingly.

  • You will be responsible for providing the words for your website, however I can refine them and ensure your keywords are incorporated effectively.

    Before starting your website, I’ll provide you with a content planner for each of the pages. This will help you outline what you’d like to say and ensure information is accurate and relevant.

  • In addition to your website, you'll need to purchase your Squarespace plan (view plans here) to host your website, as well as your domain fee.

    I recommend purchasing your domain via GoDaddy. This makes the domain connection process as smooth as possible, and ensures you're using a trusted provider.

  • Your website will include a basic 'SEO Jumpstart' setup, which includes incorporating keywords, image compression, alt tags, page titles & descriptions, and submitting an XML sitemap on Google Search Console.

    It's important to note that SEO is not a one-time solution, and goes beyond an initial setup. To see results, SEO requires an ongoing, concentrated effort, and can take months or even years, depending on the competition in your industry.

    I recommend consulting with an SEO professional about your needs and goals once your new website is live.
